Our purpose of the Young People Gathering is to help them focus on becoming a positive influence in their community and to create success in their lives. We've had guest speakers Judges, Attorneys, college graduates, entrepreneurs and small talked from other people that helped to motivate and innovate their leadership abilities.

Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements.
